This program is aimed at enabling students integrate academic theoretical knowledge into practical knowledge. It acts as a workforce preparation along with career development, school to work development, and youth transitions dedicated to helping young people acquire basic skills, explore career opportunities, and gain experience within the workforce.

This well-rounded workforce preparation program trains young people the career-related skills necessary for success, and generally encourage them to be prepared for a variety of different careers. One common belief is that school-to-work transition must be understood as a gradually developing process that begins in the early school years and continues through the end of high school.
